Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Performance:
- Support the development, implementation, and review of strategic plans and business objectives
- Assist in designing and executing performance management frameworks, KPIs, and balanced scorecards
- Monitor performance against strategic goals and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Analyse internal and external data to inform decision-making and performance reporting
- Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment between operational plans and strategic objectives
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and periodic performance review meetings
- Conduct benchmarking and maintain awareness of industry best practices
Office Coordination & Staff Support:
- Coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Support communication and task follow-up between management and staff to enhance productivity and accountability
Quality Assurance & Accreditation Support:
- Contribute to implementing quality assurance frameworks for institutional and program-level accreditation
- Monitor curriculum implementation and support continuous improvement in collaboration with academic departments
- Track compliance with accreditation requirements and institutional policies.
- Ensure alignment with the Ministry of Higher Education and relevant accrediting bodies on academic standards and reporting

Education & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Professional certifications preferred (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, PMP)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in strategic planning, performance management, quality assurance, or organizational development, preferably within government, semi-government, or education sectors
- Experience developing strategic plans, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
- Experience supporting accreditation processes or working in academic or government institutions
