Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively source and qualify potential buyers, sellers, and investors (both local and international).
Client Advisory: Guide clients through Dubai's diverse landscape, from high-yield areas like JVC to luxury off-plan launches.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle the end-to-end sales process, from initial viewing to final contract signing.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest RERA regulations, developer launches, and market trends.
Relationship Management: Build a long-term database of clients through excellent service and consistent follow-up.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of successful real estate sales experience in Dubai.
Communication: Fluent in English (additional languages such as Persian, Arabic, Russian, or French are a major advantage).
Legal: Must have a valid Residence Visa and be able to join immediately.
Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and own car are highly preferred and will be given priority.
Licensing: Possession of a valid RERA Broker Card is an advantage.
NOTE: Only serious candidates residing in Dubai , having Dubai Real Estate experience can apply.
Skills
- DLD & RERA Compliance: Deep understanding of Dubai Land Department regulations and the ability to maintain a valid RERA Broker Card.
- Financial Literacy: Ability to calculate Gross/Net ROI, rental yields, and explain DLD fees (4%) and VAT implications to investors.
- Off-Plan Specialist: Knowledge of developer payment plans (e.g., 60/40 or post-handover) and escrow account safety.
- Visual Content Creation: Basic ability to film high-quality property walk-throughs and "Reels" for social media.
