We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our building materials trading division in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting construction sites, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.


This role requires a candidate who is proactive, has a deep understanding of the local market prices, and can manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Sales: Conduct daily site visits and face-to-face meetings with potential clients across mainly Abu Dhabi and other emirates.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and onboard new contractors, trading companies and potential oil field companies.
  • Product Knowledge: Effectively sell our range of building materials (e.g., hardware, plumbing, electrical, or structural items).
  • Quotation & ERP: Use Tally to check stock availability, generate quotations, and process sales orders.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to provide feedback to the management.
  • Collections: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment collections and follow up on outstanding invoices.


Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of outdoor sales experience specifically within the Building Materials Trading industry in the UAE.
  • Education: Minimum of High School (+2) or a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Software: Must be proficient in Tally ERP/Tally Prime for sales modules.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Abu Dhabi industrial areas (Mussafah, ICAD, Al Reem, etc.).
  • Personal Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, persuasive personality, and ability to work under sales targets.
