The Head of Sales & Business Development will lead KONE’s New Building Solutions (NBS) business across the MEA & Türkiye region. This role drives sales growth, develops market offerings, and identifies new business opportunities aligned with KONE’s strategic goals.
You will define and execute regional commercial strategies, support the full sales journey, and work closely with several stakeholders to strengthen our market position. This role owns business performance, pricing governance, and improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive NBS sales growth and commercial strategy
Develop regional business plans and growth initiatives
Identify and pursue new market opportunities
Support sales planning, pricing governance, and competitor analysis
Support Sales teams with value propositions
Participate in key customer meetings and industry events
Develop regional and local offerings from the global portfolio
Lead offering deployments and monitor selling performance
Develop offering needs based on market-specific demand
Requirements:
Strong sales leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience in elevators, construction, or B2B environments
Strategic and analytical mindset
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proven experience in business performance management
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Relevant commercial or technical degree.
