Job Requirements
•Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese
•Experience: Minimum 2 years of real estate experience is preferred
•Team recruitment and building, proficient in commonly used recruitment channels in Dubai
•Ability to source suitable candidates through multiple channels
•Experience in building overseas teams from scratch is preferred
•Assist leadership with training, performance management, compensation, and labor relations
