Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. this role is ideal for a university graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in front-desk operations, guest services, and administrative support within a fast-paced corporate environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a positive impression and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Greet, welcome, and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner; manage sign-in procedures and visitor badges.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, scheduling, and basic setup (equipment, refreshments) as needed.
  • Maintain front-desk cleanliness and organization; ensure reception area presents a professional image.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
  • Support mailroom duties including receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence and deliveries.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and basic logistics for staff as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support events, conferences, and internal activities.
  • Adhere to company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and safety procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic administrative software.
