We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Diamond Jewellery Intern to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. 

This internship provides hands-on exposure to high-end jewellery design, production, quality assurance, and client-facing activities within a luxury jewellery environment. 

The successful candidate will learn from seasoned professionals, assist in various stages of the jewellery lifecycle, and contribute to delivering exceptional products and experiences for discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in the design process by researching trends, sourcing materials, and preparing mood boards and specifications for new collections.
• Support the diamond selection process, including evaluating quality, carat weight, cut, color, and clarity under supervision.
• Assist in sample development, cad/3D modeling support, and review of renderings for feasibility and manufacturing readiness.
• Coordinate with suppliers and workshop teams to track production progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished pieces to ensure craftsmanship meets company standards.
• Prepare documentation for gemstones and settings, including certificates, pricing, and inventory records.
• Support client-facing activities such as showroom visits, product education sessions, and post-purchase follow-up.
• Assist marketing and merchandising efforts, including photography prep, product tagging, and feature storytelling.
• Maintain organized files and records, and assist in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; preference for degrees in Gemology, Jewellery Design, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Interest in luxury jewellery, gemstones, and craftsmanship; passion for attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with common software tools (MS Office, and familiarity with CAD or jewelry design software is a plus).
• Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of diamond grading concepts (4 Cs) and gemstone terminology is beneficial.
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset aligned with a luxury brand.
• Legal eligibility to work in the UAE and willingness to commit to the internship duration as required.
