Key Responsibilities



  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups



  • Conduct property viewings and negotiations professionally



  • Adhere to company processes and compliance standards



  • Regularly update property listings and client records



  • Guide clients through the entire transaction process



  • Collaborate with developers and stay up to date with market trends




Requirements



  • Minimum 2+ years of real estate experience



  • Strong communication and negotiation skills



  • Professional appearance and attitude



  • High level of discipline, consistency, and reliability



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



  • Strong English communication skills
    (Turkish, Russian, or German is a plus)
