How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform work activities in compliance with the highest EHS standards, including confined space and working at height tasks.
- Maintain and refurbish combustion chamber components, including ceramic tiles and burners.
- Assemble and disassemble turbine frames (2000E and 4000F), casings, and components.
- Follow technical documentation such as drawings, instructions, PI&D diagrams, and test records.
- Document all installations, inspections, maintenance, repairs, and failures accurately.
- Assess equipment conditions and apply corrective or improvement measures using standard checklists and procedures.
Skills
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of Field Service experience, with 1-2 years of maintenance on prime movers in power stations preferred.
- Proficient in using precision tools such as feeler gauges, micrometers, calipers, dial gauges, and block gauges.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken); experience in multicultural teams is essential, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Experience with 4000F and 2000E tiling, hydraulic tightening equipment (Hytorc/ITH), and field service or breakdown maintenance is an advantage.
- Must hold a Mechanical degree from a Vocational School or Technical College.
- Willingness to work abroad, perform shift work, and travel frequently; must be result-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
