Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate)

Role Objective
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and lead generation engine. You will be responsible for showcasing our property portfolio (Off-plan and Secondary market) to potential investors and tenants, primarily focusing on the Abu Dhabi and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Gen
- Paid Campaigns: Execute and optimize high-converting Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search/Display) specifically targeting property investors.
- Lead Management: Implement automated lead-capture systems and ensure integration with the company CRM (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, or HubSpot).
- A/B Testing: Constantly test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to lower the Cost Per Lead (CPL).
2. Property Portal Management
- Listing Optimization: Manage and optimize property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- SEO: Enhance the company website’s organic ranking for high-intent keywords like "Apartments for sale in Saadiyat Island" or "Abu Dhabi Golden Visa properties."
3. Content & Social Media
- Visual Storytelling: Coordinate with photographers/videographers to produce high-end "Property Walkthroughs," Reels, and 360° virtual tours.
- Brand Authority: Position our brokers as market experts through LinkedIn thought-leadership and informative YouTube content.
- Market Updates: Regularly post updates on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, ROI analysis, and new project launches (e.g., Aldar, Modon).
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track the performance of all digital marketing funnels using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Provide weekly reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing spend efficiency.
Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in UAE Real Estate marketing.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Bayut/Property Finder ecosystems and their respective ranking algorithms.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in English is required; Arabic or Russian is a significant advantage given current market demographics.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work under the pressure of sales targets and fast-moving project launches.
