A Sales Executive in the office furniture industry is responsible for driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and target new corporate clients, real estate developers, and commercial contractors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
  • Collaborate with Architects and Interior Designers (A&D) to get products specified in large-scale office projects.

2. Client Consultations & Presentations

  • Conduct site visits to assess workspace needs and measurements.
  • Present furniture solutions, including ergonomic seating, workstations, and acoustic solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations.

3. Quotation & Project Management

  • Prepare detailed commercial offers, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate with the design team for space planning (2D/3D layouts) to ensure the furniture fits the client's vision.
  • Oversee the transition from sale to installation, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
