Role Overview
As a Senior Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies across multiple client accounts. You will lead campaign planning, oversee execution, and ensure each client’s marketing efforts are aligned with their business goals.
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned client accounts
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, digital, paid, content)
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on strategy-related matters
- Translate client goals into clear marketing plans, content directions, and KPIs
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, media buyers, and internal teams
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
- Prepare strategy decks, reports, and presentations for clients
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within an agency environment
- Proven experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing
- Experience with strategy planning, content calendars, and campaign execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
Nice to Have
- Agency background (highly preferred)
- Experience working with UAE or regional brands
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics platforms, and CRM tools
- Leadership or mentoring experience
