We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in warehousing, freight forwarding, and logistics solutions to grow our business in the UAE market. The role focuses on new client acquisition, market expansion, and sales growth, particularly for companies entering the UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for:
- Warehousing & storage services
- Freight forwarding (Air / Sea / Land)
- Market entry & distribution support
- Identify and approach potential clients through:
- Cold calling
- Email marketing
- LinkedIn & networking
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customs teams
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Skills
Candidate Requirements
- 5 years of sales or marketing experience in:
- Logistics
- Freight forwarding
- Warehousing
- Supply chain
- Good knowledge of the UAE logistics market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- UAE driving license (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Existing client base or industry contacts in UAE
- Experience handling B2B clients
- Knowledge of Free Zone & Mainland logistics operations
- CRM experience
