As a Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will support the administrative and operational coordination of all F&B outlets and banquet operations. Also, you assist in maintaining service standards, reporting, and departmental communication. And you will develop core hospitality and leadership skills for long-term career progression within F&B management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate administrative tasks for F&B outlets, including schedules, attendance, and training records.


• Maintain operational reports, service trackers, and compliance documentation.


• Support onboarding and induction of new F&B colleagues.


• Act as a liaison between F&B Operations, Finance, and Human Resources.


• Assist with departmental projects, audits, and service improvement initiatives.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with operational teams.


• Basic understanding of F&B operations or strong willingness to learn.


• Professional, dependable, and committed to service excellence.


• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to grow into future F&B leadership roles.
