We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work Full-time on-site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across backend and frontend web technologies. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain multiple web-based systems.

The Package:

·       Salary: Range AED 8,000 to 10,000 subject to the qualifications and experience

·       Health Insurance: As per Dubai Government Directives.

·       Annual Leaves: 30 calendar days per year (Pro rata)

·       Working days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday off)

·       Working hours: 8 hours per day

·       Timings: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM (to align with Australian business hours)

Skills

The candidate should have hands-on experience in most of the technologies listed below and the ability to work across backend and frontend application development.

Backend:

• Programming Languages: Node.js, Python
• Frameworks: Express.js, Django
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
• API Development: RESTful APIs, Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth), API best practices including input validation, rate limiting, and security considerations
• TypeScript (backend usage and typed APIs)
• Version Control: Git
• CMS: WordPress (customization, integrations, or plugin-based work)
• AI / Automation: Practical AI integration using APIs, Prompt handling and basic automation scripts for business workflows

Frontend:

• Core Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• CSS Frameworks: Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
• JavaScript Frameworks: React, Angular, or Next.js
• TypeScript (frontend usage)
• State Management: Redux, Zustand, React Query / TanStack
• Architecture: Component-based frontend architecture, Performance optimization and reusable component design
• UI/UX: Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Design Collaboration: Ability to work with designs and wireframes from Figma or similar tools

Testing & Quality:

Basic testing awareness, including:

• Unit testing fundamentals
• API testing (manual or automated)
• Understanding of code quality and maintainability
• (Heavy QA or test automation expertise is not required)

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of web servers (Apache / Nginx)
• Basic understanding of SEO principles

Qualifications:
