Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Dubai. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, contributing to sales targets, and delivering training sessions to internal teams when needed.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships. Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Proficiency in delivering Training sessions and guiding teams to improve performance. Proven experience in devising and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a B2B environment is a plus. Proficiency in relevant marketing and sales tools is an advantage.
