Job Title: Temporary Full-Time Accountant (2–3 Months)
Location: DEIRA, DUBAI
Department: Finance/Accounting
Reports To: Finance Manager / CFO
Salary: AED 5,000/month
Employment Type: Full-Time (Short-term, 2–3 months)
Working Hours: Full-time, [9:30AM TO 7:30PM]
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate general ledger and record all financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable; ensure timely processing.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and support management reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements accurately.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
- Utilize Zoho Books and other Zoho modules (CRM, Projects, Inventory, People) for accounting and reporting.
- Support implementation or optimization of Zoho workflows and assist team members in using Zoho effectively.
- Assist with financial audits and provide ad hoc financial analysis during the contract period.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books and other Zoho modules.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
