About the Role
Infodapt is looking for a Business Development Executive who can meet clients face-to-face, generate leads, and introduce our IT services to SMEs, startups, and growing businesses in the UAE.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, networking, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit SMEs, startups, shops, clinics, offices, and businesses
- Generate leads through:
- Field visits
- Networking events
- Referrals
- Present Infodapt services:
- Website development
- Mobile apps
- IT & digital solutions
- Understand basic client requirements
- Share qualified leads with the founder
- Book meetings / calls for final discussion
- Maintain a simple lead tracker (Google Sheet)
What You Will NOT Do
- No pricing decisions
- No contract signing
- No false commitments to clients
(Founder handles final proposal & closure)
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years experience in sales / business development
- Experience in IT / digital services is a strong plus
- Good communication in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
- Confident in face-to-face client interaction
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable with field visits
Compensation (Important)
- Fixed: AED 1,500 – 2,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: 10% – 15% per closed deal
- Commission paid after client payment is received
High performers can earn more through commission.
Probation & Contract
- 3-month probation period
- Performance-based continuation
- No long-term commitment initially
KPIs (Clear & Simple)
- 20–25 business visits per week
- 5–7 qualified leads weekly
- 2–3 meetings booked weekly
