Our Deals practice helps clients create, execute, and realise value from transactions. We provide innovative solutions across the deal lifecycle, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and maximise value.
Business Unit Overview
The Corporate Finance team within Deals focuses on delivering strategic advice and execution support for M&A transactions, capital raising, and financial restructuring. We work closely with clients in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector to unlock opportunities and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving market.
How You’ll Contribute
As a Corporate Finance Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Preparing high-quality pitch books, proposals, and transaction documentation
- Conducting industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the TMT sector
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and PwC quality standards
- Driving business development initiatives and contributing to revenue growth
- Applying digital tools and analytics to enhance efficiency and insights
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills in client and team interactions
What You’ll Bring
- 6–8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory, with exposure to TMT deals
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- Proven track record in executing M&A transactions and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA are highly regarded
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Your flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients
