The Candidate

stakeholders. Joining the Finance Team as a Storekeeper, you will support the
delivery of reliable, high-quality environments across multiple destinations.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Diploma
    or Certificate in finance, accounting, supply chain, logistics or a related
    field is preferred.

  • A minimum
    of 2-3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a luxury hotel, retail, or
    finance-controlled environment in the UAE.

  • A proven
    track record of experience in working closely with Finance and Cost Control
    Departments is essential.

  • A strong numerical accuracy, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail,
    ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.

  • Robust organisational skills to efficiently and accurately manage
    inventory, control costs and execute stock valuation.

  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while
    possessing an exceptional knowledge of inventory systems.

  • Remarkable time management and multi-tasking skills to work effectively
    even under pressure.

  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency
    in English (Additional languages are a Plus).

  • Mastery in handling confidential information with the utmost discretion,
    ensuring seamless adherence to privacy protocols and security standards.

  • A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ spirit.

Key
Responsibilities


  • Receives,
    inspects, and verifies all incoming goods against approved purchase orders,
    delivery notes, and invoices.

  • Labels,
    stores, and organises inventory in line with approved storage standards, safety
    requirements, and space optimisation practices.

  • Issues
    goods strictly against authorised requisitions and ensures items are
    distributed accurately to operational departments.

  • Maintains
    appropriate stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, or obsolescence.

  • Maintains
    accurate and up-to-date store records, including bin cards and system entries.

  • Records
    all inventory movements accurately in the system on a daily basis.

  • Ensures
    all supporting documentation, including goods receipt notes, requisitions,
    transfers, and adjustments, is properly filed and traceable.

  • Monitors
    stock usage, variances, and slow-moving or expired items to support cost
    control and inventory efficiency.

  • Assists
    with monthly stock takes, spot checks, and year-end inventory counts.

  • Investigates
    and reports discrepancies, damages, losses, or variances to the Finance Team in
    a timely manner.

  • Ensures
    compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.

  • Coordinates
    with Finance and Procurement Teams to resolve invoice, pricing, or quantity
    discrepancies.

  • Liaises
    with Finance, Procurement, Food and Beverage, Engineering, and Operations Teams
    to support operational requirements.

  • Supports
    internal and external audits by providing required documentation and
    explanations when requested.

  • Adheres
    to all health, safety, hygiene, and security standards within store areas.

  • Ensures
    correct handling and storage of perishable, hazardous, and high-value items.

  • Maintains
    a clean, organised, and secure store environment at all times.
