We are creating a new role to lead the digital transformation across our region. In this position, you will work closely with business units to understand operational needs and translate them into sustainable, value-driven digital solutions. 


As a trusted partner to stakeholders at all levels, you will drive initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making. You will help embed technologies such as AI-enabled applications, business process automation, and data-driven tools across the organisation.

Job Description
  1. Digital Strategy Execution & Expansion 


  • Implement digital roadmap as per company’s digital strategy 


  • Drive adaption of PowerBI dashboards, predictive analyses and data visualisation across departments 
  1. AI & Automation 


  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities using RPA, workflows, and AI solutions 


  • Develop and roll out LLM-based use cases for operational efficiency and knowledge management 


  • Promote Generative AI for everyday tasks and ensure safe, compliant usage 


  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration 


  • Build and lead a digital champions network to foster innovation and share best practices 


  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve AI literacy and process automation awareness across teams 


  • Collaborate, align and share knowledge with HQ counterparts 


  1. Governance & Compliance 


  • Establish KPIs for digital initiatives (e.g., number of new dashboards, % of employees trained on LLM) 


  • Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards as per company policy 


  1. Continuous Improvement 


  • Monitor performance of AI and automation solutions, optimize workflows, and scale successful use cases regionally 



Qualifications

Education


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field 
  • Ideally certifications in AI ethics, process automation, or data analytics 

Experience


  • 5+ years in digital transformation, AI implementation, or process automation 
  • Proven track record in deploying RPA tools, PowerBI, and AI/ML solutions 

Technical Skills


  • Familiarity with automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate), LLMs, and data visualization tools 
  • Basic programming (Python, SQL) for automation scripting 

Other Skills


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management 
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability 
  • Ability to manage change and facilitate training and workshops 
  • High level of integrity and professional behaviour in line with our Code of Conduct and company culture
