Job Details

A leading global consulting and technology services organization delivering large‑scale digital transformation programs across multiple industries. The company is seeking an SAP Finance Functional Lead to drive innovative finance solutions and support its ongoing transformation initiatives.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and drive process efficiency.
  • Deliver Finance Data and Analytics engagements focusing on Cost Planning, Cost Allocations, and Budgeting.
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions.
  • Conduct business workshops with senior leaders to elicit requirements and align project objectives with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on SAP FICO best practices, process improvements, and optimal configurations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and oversee project teams to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth.
  • Support test scenario management, including the creation and execution of test cases for Finance and Controlling modules.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, business processes, and project progress.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA FI and CO consulting and implementation.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing SAP FICO projects and teams.
  • In-depth understanding of financial processes and SAP FICO modules, including FI-GL (General Ledger), FI-AP (Accounts Payable), FI-AR (Accounts Receivable), CO-OM (Controlling – Overhead Management), and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and project teams.
  • SAP FICO certification is a plus.
