Key Responsibilities
Regional Pricing Strategy & Governance
Develop and implement customer-centric pricing frameworks across all transport modes.
Ensure competitive, profitable and consistent pricing aligned with market dynamics.
Track tender success rates, pricing accuracy and margin improvement.
Procurement & Supplier Management
Design and execute procurement strategies ensuring cost efficiency and service reliability.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term customer needs.
Drive measurable savings and ensure supplier performance excellence.
Tender Management & RFQ Support
Lead pricing strategy for tenders and RFQs with timely, accurate, and competitive submissions.
Collaborate with sales and operations to maximise win rates and profitability.
Data & Performance Analytics
People & Collaboration
Compliance & HSSE
Ensure compliance with GAC’s HSSE policies, Code of Ethics and global compliance standards including anti-bribery, AML, and sanctions policies.
What we want from you
Graduate/Postgraduate in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Management.
At least 10 years’ experience in Shipping, Logistics, Energy or related sector(s).
Strong expertise in freight pricing, procurement, chartering and energy supply chains (Oil & Gas, EPC, Marine, Offshore Wind, Renewables).
Professional background in Shipping, Logistics, Bunkering or Energy customer supply chains preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Power BI, and commercial reporting tools.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
