Responsibilities:

Contract Management


  • Lead and manage the administration of EPC/EPCI, EPIC, FEED, and service contracts for offshore projects.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with contract requirements, scope, KPIs, and commercial standards.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret complex contractual terms and conditions for risks, obligations, and liabilities.
  • Prepare and issue contractual correspondence, notices, and responses in line with contract timelines.

Claims & Dispute Resolution


  • Evaluate contractor claims related to variations, delays, disruptions, and extension of time (EoT).
  • Develop robust commercial positions and negotiation strategies.
  • Prepare claims defense documentation and support dispute resolution processes (mediation, arbitration, expert determination).

Commercial & Financial Oversight


  • Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and contract value changes.
  • Support cost forecasting, VOWD, and project financial risk assessments.
  • Manage variations, change orders, and contract amendments from initiation to agreement.

Tendering & Procurement Support


  • Provide contractual input during FEED, tender preparation, ITB development, and bid evaluations.
  • Participate in technical-commercial clarifications and vendor negotiations.
  • Ensure alignment with company procurement policies and contracting strategy.

Risk Management


  • Identify potential commercial, contractual, and interface risks in offshore scopes.
  • Maintain a risk register and propose mitigation measures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and offshore standards.

Stakeholder & Interface Coordination


  • Work closely with engineering, project controls, legal, procurement, and offshore operations teams.
  • Represent the PMC team in contractual meetings with clients, contractors, and authorities.
  • Provide guidance to junior contract engineers and contract administrators.

Reporting & Documentation


  • Prepare weekly/monthly commercial reports, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and contractual traceability.
  • Ensure document control compliance for all contract documents

Expected: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA, LLM) preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in contract management within offshore oil & gas projects
  • At least 5–7 years in a PMC/Client representative role.
  • Strong background in EPCI, EPIC, or major offshore installation contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience managing claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
  • Preferably with MRICS, RICS, CIPS, AACE, FIDIC certification, or equivalent.
