A fast-growing, multi-division business group based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Product manager, with a strong background in selling F&B Segment in UAE.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of F&B brands/products in the UAE market. The role will focus on product lifecycle management, market positioning, pricing, launches, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, and principals.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Planning
- You are like the CEO for the entire product range.
- You own end to end full ownership of the product from A-Z
- You hold full responsibility for end-to-end P&L ownership.
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with brand, category, and business objectives
- Manage product portfolios across flavors, formats, pack sizes, and price points
- Identify gaps and opportunities based on consumer trends, seasonality, and competitive analysis
- Responsible for placement of product arrangement in retail, HORECA and aggregate channels.
Core Accountability
- Defines product strategy aligned with company objectives (revenue, growth, retention).
- Translates market and customer needs into clear product requirements.
- Owns the product roadmap—prioritization is their single biggest lever.
- Aligns stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership.
- Makes trade-off decisions under constraints (time, budget, scope).
- Measures success using KPIs (usage, conversion, churn, LTV, NPS).
New Product Development (NPD)
- Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept to commercialization
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations on formulations, packaging, and shelf life
- Prepare business cases including costings, pricing, margins, and volume projections
- Conduct product trials, sensory testing, and consumer research
Product & Portfolio Management
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from onboarding, launch, growth, and optimization.
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with our Group’s brand-building and distribution objectives.
- Manage product assortments, SKUs, pricing architecture, and margin optimization.
- Act as the key liaison between international principals/brands and internal teams.
