Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out advanced diagnostics and resolve complex issues in engines, transmissions, drivetrains, suspension, and electrical/electronic systems.
- Carry out in-depth repairs using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools.
- Interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and service bulletins to identify and resolve issues.
- Support sanity inspections and conduct quality checks before releasing vehicles.
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair timelines and cost estimates.
- Train, guide, and mentor junior technicians in repair methods and workshop practices.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards.
- Keep updated with the latest automotive technologies, software, and repair procedures.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workshop environment.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in multi-brand diagnostics and repair.
- Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems across various brands.
- Proficiency with OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent certification.
