Job Responsibility:
- The Senior Manager is responsible for leading the strategic growth, sales performance, and operational oversight of the bank’s Shariah-compliant Home Finance.
- The role requires fostering strong relationships with key partners and ensuring compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements and maintaining robust operational controls and service quality standards.
- In addition, the Senior Manager is expected to attract, retain, and mentor a talented Sales team, nurturing a performance-driven culture and promoting ethical, customer-centric sales practices.
- Recruit and mentor sales and product teams.
- Establish SMART goals and review performance through structured appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Promote ethical behavior, integrity, and adherence to Shariah and regulatory standards within the team
- Periodically evaluate team activities, customer files, and documentation to mitigate risk.
- Build partnerships with dealerships, developers, and brokers:
- Establish and maintain strong alliances with key partners to expand distribution channels.
- Develop partner engagement strategies and campaigns
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree graduate
- Experience in similar role for at least 2 years
