The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a critical role in driving the growth of the mortgage business through the acquisition and management of real estate agency partnerships. The BDM will be responsible for acquiring new introducers, reactivating existing agencies, and nurturing ongoing relationships to generate consistent lead flow for the mortgage consultant team.
The BDM acts as the key link between real estate partners and the mortgage team, ensuring that every opportunity is efficiently qualified, converted, and tracked through to completion.
Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify and target new real estate agencies and introducers across key UAE markets.
Present the Huspy value proposition to potential partners, highlighting benefits of collaboration.
Onboard new agencies onto the Huspy platform and ensure they understand lead submission processes.
Build long-term strategic relationships with key real estate groups and stakeholders.
Reactivation of Existing Partners
Review dormant or low-activity agencies within the CRM.
Re-establish engagement through in-person visits, calls, and product updates.
Diagnose reasons for inactivity and implement tailored reactivation plans.
Management of Active Partners
Maintain regular touchpoints with active agencies to ensure high engagement levels.
Provide performance feedback and reporting on lead quality, conversion, and pipeline status.
Coordinate with marketing and training teams to deliver workshops or materials to partners.
Act as the first point of contact for agency queries and support needs.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with the assigned Mortgage Consultant (MC) team to ensure timely handover and conversion of leads.
Participate in weekly alignment sessions with MCs and the Senior Team Lead to review performance and address challenges.
Ensure accurate reporting and lead attribution within the CRM.
Performance & Governance
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for agency acquisition, activation, and lead delivery.
Maintain compliance with company policies and partner engagement guidelines.
Represent Huspy professionally in all external interactions.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- Strong understanding of the UAE mortgage and real estate market.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development roles (preferably in real estate or financial services).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting dashboards.
