We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Specialist to manage maintenance customers through phone engagement and ensure their needs are addressed quickly and professionally. This role also plays a key part in supporting our sales teams by generating and qualifying leads, helping to drive business growth and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound and inbound telesales to core customers
Convert maintenance contracts, renegotiate renewals, and promote digital services and repair campaigns
Build strong customer relationships and proactively generate leads for the wider sales team
Prevent cancellations and manage expiring or suspended contracts
Handle customer queries and complaints in coordination with internal teams
Support collections in partnership with Finance
Qualify leads and schedule visits for field sales teams
Capture market and competitor insights
Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor customer satisfaction
Coordinate with technicians and supervisors on technical matters and opportunities
Are you the one?
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 2 years of inside sales experience, with a solid understanding of contractual and financial terms
Strong ability to analyze customer needs and identify opportunities
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Candidates with prior experience in the UAE market will be given preference.
