We are looking for a proactive
and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing development
company. The role is hands-on and focused on selling residential and/or
commercial projects, building strong client relationships, and supporting the
full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company real estate projects to
end users and investors
- Develop and manage relationships with real
estate agencies and brokers
- Handle incoming leads, conduct property
presentations and site visits
- Maintain strong relationships with clients,
brokers, and channel partners
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth
documentation process
- Keep CRM updated and provide regular sales
reports
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor
projects, and pricing
Requirements- Proven sales experience in real estate /
property development is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Any additional language is a strong advantage
(Arabic, Russian, etc.)
- Target-driven, presentable, and
customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a
team
