Job Details

We are looking for a proactive
and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing development
company. The role is hands-on and focused on selling residential and/or
commercial projects, building strong client relationships, and supporting the
full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.


Key Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell company real estate projects to
    end users and investors

  • Develop and manage relationships with real
    estate agencies and brokers

  • Handle incoming leads, conduct property
    presentations and site visits

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients,
    brokers, and channel partners

  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth
    documentation process

  • Keep CRM updated and provide regular sales
    reports

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor
    projects, and pricing

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in real estate /
    property development
    is mandatory
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Any additional language is a strong advantage
    (Arabic, Russian, etc.)
  • Target-driven, presentable, and
    customer-oriented personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a
    team
