We’re Hiring | Executive Assistant – Showroom Support

Basta Design House is a luxury kitchen and interior design brand representing premium European craftsmanship. We are currently seeking a professional Executive Assistant to support our showroom team and daily client operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide structured support to the showroom and sales team
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Prepare and follow up on quotations when required
• Coordinate and post ready-to-use content on social media platforms
• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks within the showroom

Profile Requirements:
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and presentable
• Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
• Comfortable handling quotations and follow-ups
• Familiar with social media posting (content is provided)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury showroom environment
