Tactical
• Identify sales trends, risks, and opportunities across channels, regions, customers, brands, and SKUs.
• Provide actionable recommendations to support sales strategy and decision-making.
• Support sales leadership with ad-hoc analysis and executive-level insights.
Operational (Core)
• Analyze sales performance by channel, region, customer, brand, and SKU.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI 365 dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Track KPIs including sales growth, market share, distribution, promotions, trade spend, and profitability.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all sales reports.
• Prepare management reports, forecasts, and business review materials.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, target-setting, and variance analysis.
Operational (General)
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Work closely with IT, Sales, and Commercial teams to integrate data from ERP, CRM, and distributor systems.
• Standardize sales reporting formats and KPIs across the organization.
• Continuously improve data processes to minimize errors and enhance reporting quality.
Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or Commercial Analyst role.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong experience with BI 365, ERP, and CRM systems
- Proven experience working with BI 365 and large datasets.
- Experience in FMCG or distribution environment is a strong advantage.
- Experience supporting senior management and commercial teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
