Job Details


  • Business Development Executive | Fit-Out and FM AMC Contract
  • Generate qualified leads for AMC contracts and Fit-Out projects through various tools and techniques.
  • Use lead-generation tools CRM, databases, online platforms,LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and online platforms to source new prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
  • Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through continuous business development efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to secure repeated business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of c​onfirmed projects.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead activity, conversion, and revenue performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with B2B corporate, developers, consultants and B2C individual property owners clients.
  • Schedule client meetings to understand project scope, budget, and service requirements.
  • Present company profiles, capabilities, and tailored solutions for Fit-Out and FM contracts.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and bids in coordination with technical and estimation teams.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with ongoing Fit-Out and FM clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress, client feedback, and payment milestones.
  • Support the renewal and extension of existing AMC or FM contracts.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments for project coordination.
  • Contribute to the company’s overall business development strategy by identifying untapped markets or service gaps.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Work closely with management to plan promotional activities and client outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate client information, leads, and activity reports in CRM or designated systems.
  • Submit regular progress reports, including pipeline status, new client additions, and forecasted revenue.
  • Coordinate internally with design, estimation, and operations teams for smooth handover after deal closure.

Job requirements:

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in Fit-Out or Facility Management business development.
  • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales in Fit-Out, Interior Design, or Facility Management industries.
  • Strong understanding of AMC contracts, FM operations, and interior project workflows.
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, Google search, company databases, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship management and client engagement abilities
  • Competitive base salary + commission + performance incentives+ Bonus yearly.

  • Good communication skills in English and Ukraine/Romania / Moldova/ Arabic
