We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Officer with a proven track record in the UAE market, specializing in digital marketing services and IT solutions. You will drive revenue growth by generating new business, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the UAE market.
- Promote and sell digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Web Development, Branding, and IT solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Handle government and semi-government proposals, including submission, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Generate and manage leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, meetings, and business forums across the UAE.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Officer, Sales Executive, or similar role in the UAE market.
- Strong background in digital marketing and IT solutions sales.
- Experience working with government departments (proposal submission, follow-ups, negotiations, closures).
- Solid understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead-generation platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of UAE business culture, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
Languages & Eligibility:
- Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
- UAE residence visa required (the company will not provide visa).
