Overview Of The Role:
The Graphic Designer plays an essential role in attracting and engaging the target audience through visually compelling designs, significantly influencing the company's brand, marketing, and promotional efforts. Tasked with developing visual assets and maintaining branding consistency, the designer collaborates closely with the marketing team to execute visually effective advertising and promotional campaigns. Success in this role is measured by the impact the designs have on driving engagement and maintaining brand identity across all platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Develop various visual assets including digital advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Design logos, color palettes, and other visual elements to establish and maintain the brand's identity across different platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics for advertising and promotional campaigns that align with overall campaign strategy and appeal to the target audience.
- Plan, execute, and provide creative direction for photoshoots and videoshoots for specific marketing campaigns or promotional materials.
- Handle post-production tasks including photo editing and video editing to enhance visual appeal and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and text overlays in videos to enhance visual appeal and reinforce key marketing messages.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design to ensure innovative and compelling designs.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or communications is preferable.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop).
- Strong skills in Dreamweaver, CSS, HTML, QuarkXpress, and photo editing along with a strong level of numeracy and literacy.
