Job Purpose

As Manager – Marketing Events, you’ll be the go-to lead for planning, executing, and scaling all event-led activations across NeoBiz. From high-impact industry forums and partner showcases to referral channel meetups and freezone roadshows, you’ll own the full event lifecycle — strategy, logistics, branding, and post-event amplification.

Key Result Areas
Event Strategy & Planning
- Build and manage the annual events calendar across NeoBiz business banking.
- Align event formats to business goals — acquisition, engagement, brand visibility, or partner enablement.
- Represent NeoBiz at key fintech, SME, and banking industry events.
- Coordinate sponsorships, speaking slots, booth setups, and delegate experiences.
- Plan and execute co-branded events with strategic partners, license authorities, marketplaces, and referral channels.
Partner & Referral Channel Events
- Drive engagement through curated experiences — workshops, mixers, webinars, and demo days.
Internal & Ecosystem Activations
- Lead NeoBiz-led events including product launches, customer roundtables, and internal showcases.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and acquisition teams to ensure event alignment and impact.
- Own logistics, vendor management, budgeting, branding, and on-ground coordination.
- Ensure every event reflects NeoBiz’s brand voice and delivers a seamless experience.
Post-Event Amplification
- Work with content and digital teams to repurpose event moments — social media, blogs, videos, and PR.
Track event KPIs: attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience- 3 - 5 years of experience in event marketing, brand activations, or ecosystem engagement, preferably in fintech, banking, or startup environments.
Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in planning and executing partners, industry, and referral events.
Excellent stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and budgeting capabilities.
Creative mindset with a sharp eye for brand experience and audience engagement.
Familiarity with SME ecosystems, digital acquisition funnels, and co-branded event formats.
