Job Details

A leading government healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist Manager to lead and manage respiratory therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department

  • Lead, supervise, and support respiratory therapy staff

  • Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence

  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures

  • Monitor quality indicators, compliance, and performance metrics

  • Coordinate with physicians, nursing teams, and hospital leadership

  • Ensure adherence to DOH regulations and accreditation standards


RequirementsRequirements:

  • Valid DOH Respiratory Therapist license

  • Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (Master’s preferred)

  • Proven managerial or supervisory experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Currently working in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain

  • Salary is open and to be discussed with shortlisted candidates
