The Senior Officer, Employee Experience – MIS and Payroll is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll accurately and on time, maintaining and analyzing HR and payroll data through the Management Information System (Fusion), and ensuring compliance with company policies, local labour laws, and statutory requirements. The role provides accurate reporting to support management decision-making and support a wide range of payroll, pension, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
