We are seeking an experienced and passionate Periodontist to join our esteemed dental practice.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases, as well as performing advanced surgical and non-surgical procedures.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing our patients' oral health and overall well-being through effective treatment plans and patient education.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnose periodontal conditions.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each patient.
Perform a variety of periodontal surgeries, including gum grafting, dental implants, and periodontal maintenance.
Educate patients on the importance of periodontal health and effective oral hygiene practices.
Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and other specialists to provide holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Stay updated on advancements in periodontology and integrate new techniques into practice.
Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of a residency program in Periodontics.
Valid state dental license and board certification in Periodontics.
2-3 years of clinical experience in a periodontal practice preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
