• We are seeking experienced VSD Specialists to support the operation and monitoring of Variable Speed Drive (VSD) control panels used for running Multiphase Pumps (MPPs) in a dynamic well testing environment. The role is critical for ensuring optimal performance, safe operation, and reliability of electric-driven artificial lift systems.


• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot VSD control panels for MPP pump systems.


• Configure drive parameters and optimize performance based on field conditions and fluid properties.


• Interface with SCADA, instrumentation, and remote monitoring systems.


• Collaborate with field engineers and technicians during pump startup, shutdown, and transient conditions.


• Assist in system commissioning, FAT/SAT, and field integration with temporary or permanent production facilities.


• Follow all safety protocols related to high-voltage systems and rotating equipment.


• Maintain accurate logs, report, and provide feedback for performance analysis.


• Support root cause analysis and failure investigations, if required.
