Title: Product Manager – Generative AI Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cutting-edge AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional collaboration experience, a track record of building impactful AI solutions, and the ability to operate in dynamic, client-facing environments.

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered offerings.

  
  

• Align product direction with business goals, market trends, and user needs.

  
  

Requirement Gathering & Roadmap Planning

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to collect and prioritize product requirements.

  
  

• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving GenAI use cases.

  
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and data science teams for effective product delivery.

  
  

• Ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.

  
  

Customer-Focused Product Development

• Champion intuitive, scalable, and responsible user experiences in AI product design.

  
  

• Incorporate feedback and performance insights into product iterations.

  
  

Data-Driven Optimization

• Track key metrics, user behavior, and engagement to inform product decisions.

  
  

• Adjust product roadmap based on real-time data and feedback.

  
  

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary product liaison during onsite UAE engagements.

  
  

• Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and outcomes to all levels of the organization.

  
  

Compliance & Responsible AI

• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to AI ethics, data privacy, and security regulations.

  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

  
  

• 10 to 12+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to GenAI or AI/ML-powered solutions

  
  

• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, etc.)

  
  

• Proven record of launching AI-based products at scale

  
  

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  
  

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

  
  

• Comfortable working in high-paced, client-facing environments
