The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs efficiently while delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage overall clinic operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Supervise and train clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment Monitor and evaluate clinic performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and healthcare standards Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to optimize service delivery Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in clinic operations Salary + Benefits Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting in Dubai In-depth knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare regulations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office Suite Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and fostering a positive clinic environment
