Overview of the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales operations for your assigned showroom portfolio, driving strategic execution to achieve ambitious business targets. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, strengthening customer experience, and nurturing high performing sales teams. This role is central to delivering the organization’s mission, vision, and values by maintaining high service standards and consistent process adherence.

 

What You Will Do

•  Oversee daily sales performance, ensuring teams meet monthly and annual sales targets.

•  Analyze and execute business plans to achieve operational goals as set by center management.

•  Monitor, evaluate, and improve sales team performance through regular reviews and corrective actions.

•  Ensure customer complaints are handled effectively, and customer service standards are upheld.

•  Maintain and enforce standard sales procedures, ensuring accuracy of customer data and compliance across all touchpoints.

•  Coach and develop sales team members to enhance product knowledge, skills, and career growth.

•  Oversee documentation, legal compliance, and adherence to government procedures to minimize operational risks.

•  Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and product updates to support continuous improvement.


Skills

Required Skills to Be Successful

•  At least 8 years in Sales, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.

•  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

•  Strong leadership abilities: team motivation, development, and performance assessment.

•  Proven knowledge of customer service principles and customer satisfaction standards.

•  Basic proficiency in English; limited knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

•  Deductive and inductive reasoning capabilities to solve complex business challenges.

•  Ability to guide, coach, and inspire teams.

•  Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and basic financial/accounting principles.

•  Knowledge of resource allocation, people coordination, and business administration.

•  Computer proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation tools, and database management.

•  Excellent time management and organizational skills.

•  Strong problem sensitivity, judgement, decision making, and analytical thinking.

•  Persistence, patience, and an assertive, persuasive sales approach.
