Overview of the role:

We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative to support the growth of our electric commercial vehicles portfolio, including electric trucks and buses. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting B2B customers by offering suitable electric mobility solutions that meet operational and commercial requirements. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and supporting the transition to sustainable transport solutions.

 

What you will do:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy margins and profitability
  • Proactively identify, contact, and develop new customers within the assigned territory
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand customer operations, fleet needs, and electrification readiness
  • Qualify customer requirements and recommend suitable electric commercial vehicle solutions
  • Present and demonstrate electric trucks and buses, explaining features, performance, charging considerations, warranties, and aftersales support
  • Prepare quotations, write sales orders, secure deposits, and complete sales documentation in line with company policies
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet operators, government entities, and corporate customers
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery cycle
  • Attend sales meetings, product training, and technical briefings related to electric commercial vehicles
  • Provide accurate sales reports and pipeline updates to management
  • Monitor and manage customer payments to ensure overdue balances remain within agreed targets

 

Skills

Required skills to be successful:

  • Strong B2B sales capability within automotive, transport, or commercial vehicle environments
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, particularly around electric vehicles and charging solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Strong planning, time management, and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role
  • Confident using CRM systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets


 What equips you for the role:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial vehicle sales within the UAE
  • Experience selling trucks, buses, or fleet solutions in a dealership or B2B environment
  • Exposure to electric vehicles, alternative fuels, or sustainable transport solutions is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office
  • UAE market knowledge and established customer networks
  • Valid UAE driving license
