well-established retailer and distributor of everyday consumer products with a
growing presence across leading e-commerce marketplaces.
We are recruiting a UAE experienced E-Commerce Executive / Online Merchandiser to manage and optimize
product content and catalogue performance across third-party marketplaces and
e-commerce platforms.
The role focuses on creating
accurate, commercially effective product listings that enhance the customer experience,
improve visibility, and drive online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain
accurate product listings across e-commerce platforms, including pricing,
descriptions, images, inventory, and compliance with brand and operational
standards - Monitor inventory levels
and work with internal teams to prevent stock issues and listing disruptions - Track and analyze online
sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour, providing
regular insights and reports - Conduct regular audits
across websites, mobile platforms, APIs, and marketplaces to ensure data
accuracy, visibility, CTAs, and search effectiveness - Identify issues
impacting sales performance or customer experience and take timely corrective
action - Support and execute
digital marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal sales, and product launches - Collaborate closely with
marketing, operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth
fulfilment and a consistent customer experience - Monitor competitor
activity, pricing, and market trends to inform commercial decisions and
optimization opportunities
Mandatory Skills
& Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in
online merchandising, marketplace operations, and e-commerce catalogue
management. - Hands-on experience
managing third-party seller platforms including Amazon Marketplace, Noon,
Mumzworld, and similar. - Strong working knowledge
of Shopify, including bulk import/export tools such as Matrixify. - In-depth understanding
of e-commerce SEO metadata best practices (meta titles, tags, keywords). - Strong commercial and
analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights
into action to improve conversion rates and user experience. - Proficient in Excel and
common e-commerce or CMS tools.

- Currently based in the
UAE with the ability to live and work in Dubai. - Fluent in English – must
be able to read, write and speak fluent English. - Professional appearance,
communication style, and work ethic.
