Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified JCB Crane Operator with JCB License for one of our construction & Rental Services client in Dubai, UAE. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely operation of heavy machinery on construction and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience operating JCB cranes, a valid UAE or GCC driving license, and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for the precise handling of materials, equipment maintenance, and compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities

  • Operate JCB cranes and related heavy machinery with precision and safety on construction and industrial sites.
  • Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Load, transport, and unload materials using crane systems in compliance with safety and site protocols.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and team members to coordinate material handling schedules.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of equipment usage, maintenance, and operational issues.
  • Report any mechanical faults, safety hazards, or operational concerns immediately to supervisors.
  • Adhere strictly to OSHA, local UAE/GCC safety standards, and company safety procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
  • Ensure all equipment is secured and stored properly after shift completion.
  • Support site readiness by preparing equipment for next-day operations.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a JCB crane operator, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
  • Valid UAE or GCC driving license (Mandatory – no exceptions).
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient crane operation with demonstrated knowledge of load capacity, rigging, and signaling.
  • Familiarity with JCB models such as JCB 3CX, JCB 4CX, or similar compact and articulated cranes.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, outdoor environments.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather conditions and elevated heights.
  • Willingness to travel and work across different sites within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Candidates from India, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and other GCC countries are encouraged to apply—GCC license is compulsory.
  • Must be available for immediate joining.
