We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team who brings both marketing and graphic design experience, with a creative eye for content, branding, and digital campaigns. In addition to supporting our marketing initiatives, this role will also involve managing key HR functions, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and supporting overall company operations. Marketing & Design Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
- Experience in social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Understanding of branding, content creation, and digital marketing
- Ability to design marketing materials (flyers, posters, newsletters, presentations)
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and analytics (a plus)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
HR & Operations Skills
- Understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, etc.)
- Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR documentation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage employee records, attendance, and appraisals
