Job Details

Hunter role focused on project-based hotel sales. Drive custom-order business with hotels and hospitality groups, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and delivery follow-up.

  • Sell project-based/customized hotel supply solutions (not trading)
  • Develop business with existing and new hotels, procurement firms, and corporate groups
  • Generate leads via cold calling, site visits, and industry networking
  • Conduct client meetings and present samples and display setups
  • Close deals, follow up on proposals, samples, deliveries, and payments
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term hotel accounts

Requirements
  • 3–4 years hotel supplier sales experience in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Strong relationships with hotel procurement teams
  • Proven project-selling background (custom-made orders)
  • Self-driven closer, target-focused field salesperson
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
