Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed project schedules (baseline, revised, recovery) using Primavera P6
2. Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity sequencing
3. Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
4. Analyze delays, risks, and critical path impacts
5. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
6. Coordinate with site engineers to collect progress data
7. Support claims, extensions of time (EOT), and variation analysis
8. Review subcontractor schedules and integrate into the master program
9. Ensure compliance with contract requirements (FIDIC) and client specifications
10. Participate in progress meetings and provide planning input
11. Assist in resource loading, cash flow forecasts, and productivity analysis

Skills

• Education：Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Work Experience（Years）：3–8 years of planning experience in construction projects (UAE experience preferred). Familiar with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices
• Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 to effectively manage timelines.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction processes and methodologies to ensure practical planning and execution.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience in risk management to proactively address potential project challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
