Job Summary:
One of our clients in Dubai is looking for IT Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- •Steer and manage IT projects across the global regions within the department of Retail IT.
•Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while meeting defined quality standards.
•Develop, maintain and track detailed project plans including work packages, milestones, timelines, and progress reporting.
•Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues ensuring local and international MAN policies & regulations
•Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
•Organize and lead project meetings to align stakeholders on goals, progress, and deliverables.
•Support project experts with technical & training documentation
•Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the regional Project Management Office (PMO).
•Support and establish agile methodologies within our Retail IT department and projects.
Requirements:
- Your qualification:
- •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field.
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse, global stakeholders, including proven track record in managing international projects.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- •Analytical and organized mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities.
- •Self-motivated and collaborative, able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- •Project management expertise, including knowledge of classical & agile methods (e.g. SAFE, Kanban, Scrum) and ITIL methodology.
